Moscow Zoo celebrated National Panda Day with some Kung 'fun' activities on Tuesday.
Ru Yi and Ding Ding pandas were presented with exciting gifts, including colourful cubes, pennants and toys. The animals were treated also with carrots, bamboo and panda cakes.
But the most exciting present was an art object called 'robot panda.'
The animals decided to prove who is the boss of the cage and started a battle with their artificial relatives. The footage shows the pandas inspecting the cardboard guests and then beginning to fight them, eventually pausing to devour treats.
Ding Ding arrived in Moscow back in 2019 together with male panda Ru Yi. Chinese President Xi Jinping gifted the two pandas to Moscow Zoo, where they are now on loan for around 15 years as part of a joint scientific programme.
