Troops loyal to the internationally recognised Government of National Accord (GNA) were seen on Monday in proximity to the strategic town of Sirte, controlled by Khalifa Haftar's Libyan National Army forces. On Saturday, GNA commandment had launched an offensive to retake control of the eastern part of the country.
