01:47A Palestinian motorist rammed their vehicle into an Israeli checkpoint in East Jerusalem on Sunday. The motorist was shot in an act of defence by Israeli police and seven officers have been injured as a result of the incident in the neighbourhood of Sheikh Jarrah.
