A group of counter-protesters were also present.

The two groups met and had several discussions and confrontations. Footage shows the police trying to keep the groups apart by using tear gas and water cannons to disperse them.

Injured protesters and a man being arrested can also be seen.

The plebiscite to decide whether to draft a new constitution will take place on the 26th of April, and the campaign for the plebiscite begins on the 26th of February.
