Moscow and Baku have adopted seven joint documents following talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev.
Footage taken on Monday shows representatives of the two states handing folders with signed documents and shaking hands during a solemn ceremony.
The documents adopted include the Joint Statement of the Presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan, intergovernmental agreements on cooperation in healthcare, medical education and science.
