Another local resident, Aleksandr, said he and his family follow the New Year's Eve programme.
"We have been to the 'New Year's Eve Time Machine' concert. We want to visit something else that is interesting. I monitor the poster, so we will visit something again for sure," he noted.
The press service of the Belarusian Energy Ministry reported on December 11 that Minsk had been decorated with more than 12 thousand garlands ready for the New Year. In addition, 27 Christmas trees were installed in the capital.
