Russian bomb disposal experts continued demining works in the village of Aygestan near Stepanakert, as seen from Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) footage released on Monday.
The bomb disposal unit cleared up more than 24 hectares of territory and found hundreds of shells of various calibre, according to the ministry.
All explosives were handed over to the Centre for Humanitarian Demining of Nagorno Karabakh, the commander of the unit Maxim Chernenkov said.
Following more than six weeks of hostilities, Armenia and Azerbaijan signed a Russian-brokered deal to end fighting in Nagorno-Karabakh on November 9.
Under the terms of the agreement, 1,960 Russian peacekeepers will be deployed in the region to observe the ceasefire.
