The victims, members of Berjawi family, were targeted inside their apartment in a 3-storey residential building in Nabatieh city located near the borders with Israel.
“The brutal Israeli enemy continues to assassinate women and children, including schoolchildren. Ghadeer Abbas Tarheni, a second-grade student in Hassan Kamel Al-Sabah School, was brutally murdered by the Israeli occupation”, said Abbas Shmisani, headmaster of Hassan Kamel Al-Sabah School in Nabatieh.
In addition, three Hezbollah members, including a military official were reportedly killed in the strike.
On Friday, Hezbollah said it has targeted Kiryat Shmona settlement in northern Israel with two separate attacks in response to the Israeli airstrikes on southern Lebanon.
Hezbollah and armed Palestinian groups continue to exchange cross-border bombing with the Israeli forces since the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war on October 7.
