Description

The sixth Arab Water Forum kicked off in Abu Dhabi on Monday, hosting more than 17 different sessions and an exhibition featuring international companies specialising in water and resource sustainability.

Footage shows visitors attending a ministerial dialogue session, meanwhile, others can be seen visiting various pavilions and speaking to company representatives. Many companies also showcased their latest sustainability innovations.

"Those machines produce water from the air, which is very sustainable, simple and affordable. And it can be anywhere you like; in the beach, at the desert, in the home, outdoor," explained the Marketing Director at 'Ma Hawa', Amro Ismael.

According to the organisers, the three-day forum serves as a platform for industry leaders to come together and build a more prosperous future through sustainable water resource management. The forum also aims to work towards achieving water security and exploring opportunities for growth in the industry.

The event is co-organised by the Arab Water Council and DMG Events, endorsed by the League of Arab States and is in partnership with the UAE's Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure and Egypt's Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation.
