US military vehicles were bombarded with rocks and rotten vegetables by local residents as they withdrew from the northern Syrian city of Qamishli on Monday.
Locals were seen hurling rocks and what appeared to be rotten vegetables at US vehicles and shouting at the soldiers, as they were making their way out of the city. "All America liar, I will fuck Turkish, fuck American. All babies small inside the Kurdish [region] die," said one man.
The incident happened as the US military is pulling out of the region, following the US administration’s decision to end its military presence which prompted Turkey‘s military offensive in the area.
