An 18-year-old witness to George Floyd's death on Tuesday gave her testimony in the Derek Chauvin murder trial in Minneapolis.
The witness (17 at the time of the incident), who was not seen on camera, recorded the footage of Floyd's death which sparked a huge protest movement and was viewed millions of time worldwide.
The witness was audibly emotional after describing the events leading to Floyd's death commenting, "it was difficult because it felt like there wasn't really anything I could do, the highest power was there, and I was failing him."
