Activists from pro-refugee organisation 'Seebruecke' wanted to attract attention to how migrants are treated at the borders and criticise Frontex and other border guarding policies.
"During the last month of election campaign, we noticed that the topic of migration is not discussed at all," said Doreen, one of organisers.
The organisers's goal is 'to appeal to the future federal government that they must finally make human rights the basis of their policy.'
