Description

Russian cosmonaut Oleg Artemyev celebrated World Pizza Day on Friday showing how his crew members cooked pizza in zero gravity on the International Space Station (ISS) during his third space mission back in 2022.

"Is it possible to make pizza on the ISS? We did it! As you probably remember, during my third space flight, we often cooked in space, because even here you can cook almost anything with the help of some ingenuity," Artemyev shared via his Telegram channel.

Oleg Artemyev completed his third space flight on September 29, 2022. During his last 195-day expedition, he performed five spacewalks, spending a total of 33 hours and 12 minutes on the station’s outer surface.
