01:58An art installation inspired by Valentin Serov’s famous painting 'Girl with Peaches' went on display at the Moscow region’s exhibition booth for the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) on Wednesday.
The recreation of the 1887 masterpiece was made up from goods all made the region, from handicrafts and food products to toys, board games, cosmetics, household items and others. More than 1,000 individual pieces were used in the display.
Footage also features the Uralchem Group’s booth, with an arrangement made of 160,000 flowers.
The 26th SPIEF takes place on June 14-17. According to organisers Roscongress, more than 17,000 people from 130 countries and territories will participate.
