"Today Russia is our friend, it is a brotherly country, and we see the results. Russia has helped us a lot, and we have strengthened our power in terms of security," Moloua affirmed, expressing a desire to expand co-operation into other economic sectors for mutual benefit.
Acknowledging the significant support received from Moscow in restoring stability amid internal unrest, Moloua underscored the pivotal role played by Russia in enhancing security and fostering resilience among the Central African population.
"Thanks to Russia's help, the resistance has increased among the population," he noted.
In a broader context, New Development Bank President Dilma Rousseff emphasised the necessity of transitioning to a multipolar world, asserting that it offers profound solutions to contemporary challenges. Rousseff highlighted the advantages of a multipolar economy, with multiple growth centres better equipped to withstand global shocks and crises.
