    Vietnamese citizens were seen grabbing pictures with Russian President Vladimir Putin's Aurus car in Hanoi on Wednesday.

    Putin arrived in Hanoi for a two-day visit at the invitation of Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of the country’s Communist Party.

    The Russian leader is holding talks with President To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, and National Assembly Chair Tran Thanh Man.

    The last time Putin travelled to the republic was in 2017, when he attended the Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation (APEC) summit in Da Nang.

    Earlier, the Russian President visited Pyongyang and held talks with DPRK (Democratic People's Republic of Korea) leader Kim Jong-un.
