Following the SCO summit, Xi Jinping will embark on a working visit to Tajikistan at the invitation of President Emomali Rakhmon.

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization includes member states India, China, Russia, Pakistan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Belarus, alongside 14 dialogue partners and two observer countries.
