Fans of India's national cricket team came out in numbers at New Delhi airport on Wednesday to celebrate the team winning the T20 World Cup co-hosted by the West Indies and the United States.
"I came from Mumbai specifically just to greet team India to Delhi and I have been waiting in this particular airport for the last 12 hours, and I just don't want to miss that opportunity, and I am here just to congratulate them," Praneeth, a cricket fan, stated.
"I cannot express this happiness in words because we are winning a World Cup after 13 years and winning an ICC title after 11 years," Jai Deep Singh, a cricket fan, said in reference to previous titles.
